Open an RMA request with your order or serial number. As an authorized distributor we coordinate the claim directly with the manufacturer and handle cross-shipping where the brand's program allows, so your line stays running while the unit is serviced.
Yes. Neteon configures storage, memory, OS images, BIOS settings and add-in cards before shipment, and can apply your golden image across a fleet. Tell us the workload and environment on a quote request and our engineers will spec and stage the systems for you.
Fast-moving MOXA networking and common edge-AI platforms are typically stocked for short lead times. Configured or wide-temperature builds vary by component availability. Check a specific model on the product catalog or ask support for a live availability and lead-time quote.
We can supply declarations and test reports for IEC 62443, MIL-STD-810, IP-rating, EMC and rail/marine standards where the manufacturer publishes them. List the standards you need to satisfy and we'll gather the documentation for your submittal package.
